HEY, FUTURE VENDORS!

We want to include some of the region's best food and artisan vendors at our event. 

There is a formal application process that is inclusive of required guidelines for participation. 

Spaces will be limited, so we want to make sure to keep it fair for all.

All spaces are first come, first served.

MARKET VENDORS

Requirements

  • A market vendor is considered any business/organization that sells handmade artisan items. Solicitors, commercial or political vendors are not allowed at this time. 

  • Market vendors are not allowed to sell food, alcohol or beverages. Any vendor found to be out of compliance will be asked to shut down immediately for the duration of the event. 

  • Booth spaces are 10'x10'. Each 10'x10' section is $50. Up to 3 spaces may be purchased.

  • Spaces are limited and are sold on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Event organizers cannot guarantee power and, with that, vendors are required to provide their own power source.

  • Vendors will be required to be present during the full duration of the event.

  • Vendors are required to provide a business or personal liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 General Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage with the Moscow Mountain Music Fest, Beep Beep Productions LLC, and Latah County Fairgrounds and Event Center listed as “Additional Insured” no later than August 1, 2023. Additional information will be included in registration follow up communications.

FOOD VENDORS

Requirements

  • A food vendor is considered any business/organization that sells foods prepared on-site, pre-packaged or homemade. 

  • If a vendor sells beverages only, please contact moscowmountainmusicfest@gmail.com to discuss your vending options.

  • Food vendors are not allowed to sell alcohol. Organizers will have designated alcohol sale points. Any vendor found to be out of compliance will be asked to shut down immediately for the duration of the event. 

  • Booth spaces are 12'x12'. Each 12'x12' section is $75. Up to 3 spaces may be purchased.

  • Spaces are limited and are sold on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Power is not guaranteed. Vendors should be prepared to use a generator or alternative power source. Vendors will be notified two weeks prior to the event on the status of power access.

  • Vendors will be required to be present during the full duration of the event.

  • Vendors are required to provide a business or personal liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 General Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage with the Moscow Mountain Music Fest, Beep Beep Productions LLC, and Latah County Fairgrounds and Event Center listed as “Additional Insured” no later than August 1, 2023.
